Biography: Before joining SAADAT in May 2007, Theresa came from a health promotion background and was employed with NHS Forth Valley for 11 years, where she began as an Alcohol Development Officer within the Substance Action Team progressing onwards and upwards into her most recent role as Lead Health Promotion officer.

Biography: Before joining the SAADAT Ian was the Alcohol Drug Partnership Co-ordinator for six years with Perth & Kinross. He has 15 years experience of working in substance misuse field. During this time he has worked with SACRO and Aberdeen Alcohol Advisory Counselling Service as practice supervisor and counsellor He was the Drug Strategy Co-ordinator for Aberdeen prison for 4 years prior to taking up his last role in Perth & Kinross.

Biography: Leon moved into this role from a treatment background. He has worked extensively in the substance use and mental health field for both the government and voluntary sector in Scotland and Australia. Outside work he has been involved in leadership roles with a number of volunteer organisations associated with mental health and substance use.

Biography: Kathleen’s background is in Administration.  Kathleen spent 1 year as PA to the National Alcohol Liaison Officer before taking up the position of office manager within SAADAT.
