Biography: Dr Maggie Watts is current Chairperson of Ayrshire & Arran Alcohol and Drug Action Team.  She is a consultant in public health medicine with NHS Ayrshire and Arran and has worked in the NHS for more than 25 years.  She has been involved in alcohol and drug issues for the past 17 years.

Biography: Before joining SAADAT in May 2007, Theresa came from a health promotion background and was employed with NHS Forth Valley for 11 years, where she began as an Alcohol Development Officer within the Substance Action Team progressing onwards and upwards into her most recent role as Lead Health Promotion officer.

Biography: Leon moved into this role from a treatment background. He has worked extensively in the substance use and mental health field for both the government and voluntary sector in Scotland and Australia. Outside work he has been involved in leadership roles with a number of volunteer organisations associated with mental health and substance use.
